Whittle Estates set the bar high, we only take on properties that are of a high standard, and our specialist Property Matching Service ensures that we match each property to the requirements of the client, thus avoiding wasting valuable time. Due to our continued success we have a high turnover of properties; meaning new properties are advertised on an almost daily basis.

If you have viewed a property with one of our letting negotiators and decided ‘it is the one!’ you will be required to put down a Holding fee, Administration and Referencing Fee(s) in order for us to proceed.

Holding Fee

This secures the property for you. The Holding Fee is equivalent to one months' rent - when you have paid this, the property is secured for you and no further viewings will be conducted on that property. On the day you wish to move into the property the Holding Fee becomes your Security Deposit and will stay in a secured fund during the tenancy.

Administration Fee

£240 inc VAT (this is a one off fee per property, not per person)

Referencing fee

£60 per person inc VAT

Should you require a guarantor: £48 per person inc VAT.

We can assure you that the fees we ask for are a ONE OFF, so there are no hidden surprises along the way. This includes your check-in and check-out inspection, inventory and deposit protection.
